Edward Pickering
Has been working in Starbucks in Farnham to earn money for his gap year trip to Australia. He will be in a school near Darwin where many of the children are Aborigine children for whom English is their third language. He will be assisting with English in the classroom and involved in drama and sport. On his return he will be taking up his place at St Hugh's College, Oxford to read English.

Despite missing much of the spring term with a benign tumour on her foot, she achieved nine GCSEs and gained a Sports/All Rounder Award for the Sixth Form.

Represented GB in the Junior Mens Coxless Four at the European rowing competition, Coupe de la Jeunesse in early September. His boat won Gold on both days over the weekend helping the GB team win the Coupe outright. He
won the Championship Pairs in the National Schools Championships for rowing and playing rugby in the school's 1st XV and the Oxfordshire County Under 18 XV.
