Outdoors and inside there is a wide choice for children with imagination.  The grounds themselves provide a number of possibilities for games and camp building, and an understanding of our natural surroundings is encouraged by involvement in the children's gardens, the nature trail, and looking after animals in Edgeborough's farm.  A very popular option for boys and girls is the Cadets, an outdoor club that engages many pursuits including canoeing, hiking and rock climbing.  For the younger children, an after schools club is available every day between 3.30 and 5.30.  Children hate to be bored.  At Edgeborough they learn how to use their leisure positively to equip them for a future in which leisure will play an increasingly significant role.
