Enthusiasm, skill, participation; we aim to combine all three in our sport at Edgeborough.   All boys and girls have a full sporting programme which revolves mostly round the team games - rugby, netball, soccer, lacrosse and hockey in the winter, and cricket, rounders and athletics in the summer. We have our own sports hall, floodlit all-weather pitch, swimming pool and golf course, and also provide a number of other activities which include basketball, gymnastics, climbing and tennis.  Competition against other schools helps to cultivate both a holistic approach to sport and an ability to cope with the emotions of winning or losing.  A number of our pupils go on to represent their counties and participate at national level.  Parents are warmly invited to attend matches.
