Welcome to Admissions at Edgeborough!

We would be delighted to discuss the possibility of your child joining Edgeborough School and aim to make the admissions process as friendly and straightforward as possible. The best way to get a real flavour of Edgeborough and experience the warmth and enthusiasm of our teaching staff and pupils is to come and visit. The Edgeborough Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep offer a happy and seamless education for your sons and daughters from the age of 2 to 13 years. We are always pleased to be able to meet parents and prospective pupils and to provide a friendly tour of our wonderful school.

Initial enquiry

The best person to speak to in the first instance is our Head of Admissions, Debbie Tully, who can answer any questions you might have, send you a prospectus and arrange a convenient time for you to come and visit our School. You can contact her at admissions@edgeborough.co.uk.

Prospectus pack

Your first visit

We hope you will want to come and visit Edgeborough to discover what makes our school so special. We offer a one-to-one tour of the school grounds and our fantastic facilities during week days for you and your children and this can be booked directly with Debbie Tully at: admissions@edgeborough.co.uk.

Open mornings

Held at various points throughout the year, these are an excellent opportunity to see the school, listen to a talk from the head and have a tour from our senior pupils. You can view all dates and book your place here.

Registration

If you would like to register your child for entry to Edgeborough please complete and the return the registration documents (below) along with a non-refundable registration fee of £100. Registration form Confidential information form Registration can be made at any point prior to entry however we do recommend early registration across all year groups.

Join us for a ‘taster’ day

We will be delighted to invite your child to join his or her peer group at Edgeborough for a ‘taster day’ This is an opportunity for your child to experience all that the school has to offer and get a feel for life at Edgeborough on a normal school day.

Offer of a place

Once the offer of a place at Edgeborough has been made it will remain open for a period of three weeks.

Accepting the offer

In order to accept the offer of a place, parents are asked to complete and sign the Acceptance Form and return it to the Admissions Registrar, together with the acceptance deposit. We accept applications to Edgeborough throughout the School year and if a child does join in the middle of the academic year we will always work with you and your child to ensure that the settling-in process is as happy and seamless as possible!
